Venugopal, General Secretary (Organisation); Shri Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, In-charge, AICC Rajasthan and Shri Govind Singh Dotasra, President, Rajasthan PCC addressed the media at AICC Hdqrs, today. श्री के.सी. वेणुगोपाल ने पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि नमस्‍कार! धन्‍यवाद। आज राजस्‍थान के इलेक्‍शन के बारे में preparatory मीटिंग हो चुकी है। ऑनरेबल कांग्रेस प्रेसिडेंट, परम आदरणीय राहुल गांधी जी, राजस्‍थान के मुख्‍यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत साहब, पीसीसी प्रेसिडेंट, इंचार्ज, राजस्‍थान के पूरे नेतागण शामिल हुए। इलेक्‍शन प्रिपरेशन के बारे में we have taken important decision today. No. 1 our Ministers, MLAs, leaders, workers plan to undertake a house-to-house campaign for propagating government’s schemes and achievements to the people of Rajasthan. Party has decided now to have a completely positive campaign from tomorrow onwards. Party has decided to engage all communities, all social groups and interact with them about the election manifesto and everything in the coming 90 days. Party-government co-ordination will be strengthened. 29 leaders from Rajasthan participated in this meeting including the Chief Minister, PCC President and the senior leaders. Everybody unanimously decided that we have to win Rajasthan and we can win Rajasthan easily provided there is total unity. Therefore, everybody unanimously resolved that there will be unity among Rajasthan Congress leaders. Earlier there were differences but आज की मीटिंग की स्‍पेशलिटी है पूरे नेतागण के साथ डिसाइड हो गया यूनिटी के साथ हमें इलेक्‍शन लड़ना चाहिए, कांग्रेस यूनाइटेड है और हमारी गवर्नमेंट अच्‍छा काम कर रही है। Schemes are very good... उन योजनाओं को नीचे लेवल तक पहुंचने के लिए ज्‍यादा काम होना चाहिए, उसी तरफ़ हमने प्रिपरेटरी प्‍लान बनाया। Shri Rahul Gandhi’s ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ has created a big atmosphere in Rajasthan. Everybody unanimously said that after Bharat Jodo Yatra, the entire situation in Rajasthan changed. Now Karnataka election victory has also made a major role…. and you can see the schemes of Rajasthan, all poor- friendly schemes. They are reaching the common people of Rajasthan…. we are very sure that Rajasthan is going to be won by the Congress Party. One more issue, we have decided about the candidate selection… candidate selection will be on the winnability basis. We are conducting several surveys…. on the basis of winnability only, we will select the candidates but it will be advanced. सितंबर के पहले हफ्ते में we will decide the candidates…we will announce the candidates and it is going to be quite an advance announcement. Therefore, today's meeting was very important and very fruitful and very successful. I know you are all interested in Rajasthan. What is going to happen? After Chhattisgarh, this is the fifth meeting. Actually, in the history of Congress… we have done this type of advance homework for election preparation for the first time. We have done the Madhya Pradesh meeting, we have done the Chhattisgarh meeting, we have done the Telangana meeting, we have done Mizoram meeting, today the last meeting on Rajasthan we have done. All the five states' election preparation meetings are over now and the election campaign is going to start without any delay. We are in full form to defeat BJP in all the states. On a question, Shri K.C. Venugopal said- We never announce the Chief Minister candidate, but we will fight together in the election. There is a government, it is doing very good work… that work will give us result. On another question, Shri K.C. Venugopal said- That is the general feeling, not only Sachin Pilot’s feeling. Sachin Pilot raised some issues… but it is general apprehension of the people of Rajasthan. We have taken two major decisions… I think you are very aware of that RPSC nomination. आरपीएससी नॉमिनेशन के लिए, राजस्‍थान पब्लिक सर्विस बोर्ड नॉमिशन के लिए we are going to fix a good criteria, new legislation is coming for that…yesterday Chief Minister tweeted. Then question paper was a big issue…. not only in Rajasthan, everywhere it is happening… question paper leakage, but we have to control it. Therefore, big punishment will be given to those who are guilty of question paper leakage…. new legislation for this also is going to be come in the next session of Rajasthan Assembly. … therefore, these issues will be addressed. सचिन पायलट भी आज की मीटिंग में थे.... He spoke very well in that meeting... he also said that he is very confident that we are going to win that state... we will fight unitedly. And the party decided that today onwards, everybody should follow strict discipline in the party… whatever issues are there, they have to discussed inside the party… outside the party, nobody has the freedom to speak of inner party politics. If anybody speaks against the government or against the party, there will be strict disciplinary action. श्री सुखजिंदर रंधावा ने कहा कि आज हमारी मीटिंग तकरीबन 4 घंटे चली और हमारे कांग्रेस प्रेसिडेंट, श्री राहुल गांधी और वेणुगोपाल जी और राजस्थान के 29 पार्टी नेता थे... मिनिस्‍टर और अन्‍य लीडरों को सभी को एक-एक कर बुलाकर उनके विचार लिए गए और सभी ने एक ही बात कही कि हम मिलकर बीजेपी को हराएंगे और कांग्रेस को लेकर आएंगे और उन्‍होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस का एक फेस होगा और हम में कोई डिवीज़न नहीं है, सभी लीडर इकट्ठे हैं और जो भी पीछे वाला है वो पास्‍ट आज सभी ने ख़त्‍म कर दिया और आगे फ्यूचर की बात सभी ने की। जो वेणुगोपाल जी ने पहले ही कह दिया कि कैन्‍डिडेट्स जो हैं, वो हमारा सर्वे चल रहा है... और हम जल्‍द ही जैसे कर्नाटका में कैंडिडेट हमने पहले अनाउंस कर दिऐ थे, वैसे ही हम पहले करेंगे और साथ ही जो वहां हमारी गवर्नमेंट के काम चल रहे हैं... वो सेपरेटली चलते रहेंगे और कांग्रेस की कैम्‍पेन जो है, वो भी साथ अभी हम स्‍टार्ट कर रहे हैं। पार्टी का जो वोट बैंक है… उसमें स्‍पेशली एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी, माइनॉरिटी, ईडब्‍लूएस और जो लो-इंकम क्‍लास है... उनको हम रीट्रेस करेंगे और .... वहां राहुल जी ने एक बात कही है कि ये कांग्रेस वर्कर्स की गवर्नमेंट है
