*राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू  ने 31 जनवरी को बजट सत्र के पहले दिन संसद के दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक को संबोधित किया था। इस दौरान राष्ट्रपति ने सरकार की उपलब्धियां गिनवाईं थीं। पीएम मोदी लोकसभा में धन्यवाद प्रस्ताव का जवाब पहले ही दे चुके हैं और आज राज्यसभा में भी जवाब दे सकते हैं।*

बैरिस्टर वरुण घोष मंगलवार को भगवद गीता पर शपथ लेने वाले ऑस्ट्रेलियाई संसद के पहले भारत में जन्मे सदस्य बन गए। पश्चिमी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के वरुण घोष को विधान सभा के बाद नए सीनेटर के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है।

*प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने हरदा हादसे में हुई मौतों पर दुख जताया, मुआवजे की घोषणा की।*
प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (पीएमओ) की ओर से ‘एक्स’ पर किये गए एक पोस्ट के मुताबिक, मोदी ने इस हादसे में हुई लोगों की मौत पर गहरा दुख व्यक्त किया और शोक संतप्त परिजनों के प्रति संवेदना जताई। घायलों के जल्द स्वस्थ होने की भी कामना की और कहा कि स्थानीय प्रशासन प्रभावितों की हरसंभव मदद कर रहा है।

हरदा पटाखा फैक्ट्री में हुए विस्फोट के मामले ने पुलिस ने फैक्ट्री मालिक राजेश अग्रवाल और सोमेश अग्रवाल को सारंगपुर से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है। इन दोनों के अलावा रफीक खान उर्फ मन्नी को भी पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। रफीक कांग्रेस पार्षद सईद खान का भाई है।

*लोकसभा चुनाव पहले देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में सांप्रदायिक माहौल बिगड़ने की आशंका है। ऐसे में दिल्ली पुलिस की स्पेशल ब्रांच ने सांप्रदायिक रूप से संवेदनशील इलाकों में शांति बनाए रखने के लिए सभी पुलिस थानों को अलर्ट रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। स्पेशल ब्रांच के निर्देश में कहा गया कि सभी पुलिस थाने सीएए/एनआरसी विरोधी आंदोलन और 2020 के दिल्ली दंगों में शामिल उपद्रवियों पर कड़ी नजर रखें।*

सबसे पहले... झारखंड से आए हैं, पिछले 6-7 दिन हम झारखंड में रहे, झारखंड में बहुत अच्‍छी यात्रा हुई। तो मैं झारखंड की लीडरशिप को दिल से धन्‍यवाद करता हूं कि आपने बहुत सफल प्रोग्राम झारखंड में करवाया। यहां ओडिशा में आज आकर मुझे बहुत खुशी हो रही है। आपने इतने प्‍यार से मेरा यहां स्‍वागत किया, नफ़रत के बाजार में आपने मोहब्‍बत की दुकान खोली।

दो मिनट में मैं आपको यात्रा के बारे में बताना चाहता हूं। पिछली यात्रा हमने कन्‍याकुमारी से कश्‍मीर तक की, 4,000 किलोमीटर की यात्रा पैदल की। देश को जोड़ने का काम किया और तो हमारा लक्ष्‍य था कि कन्‍याकुमारी से कश्‍मीर चलें और पूरे देश में जो नफ़रत का माहौल है, उसके खिलाफ़ हमने यात्रा की और वो बहुत सफल यात्रा हुई, लाखों लोग हमारे साथ जुड़े मगर उस यात्रा में हमें दूसरे प्रदेशों के लोग मिले... झारखंड से लोग मिले, ओडिशा से लोग मिले, पश्चिम बंगाल, नॉर्थ ईस्‍ट से मिले... उन्‍होंने कहा - देखिए, आपने कन्‍याकुमारी से कश्‍मीर की यात्रा कर दी मगर हमारे स्‍टेट्स का क्‍या होगा... हमारे यहां भी ये लोग (बीजेपी) नफ़रत फैला रहे हैं, हमारे यहां भी लोग आदिवास‍ियों की ज़मीन छीन रहे हैं, हमारे यहां भी अन्‍याय कर रहे हैं, अडानी को ज़मीन दी जा रही है तो आपको यहां भी आना चाहिए।

-सामाजिक न्याय का मुद्दा। आज कल क्या है, रिजर्वेशन में 50 प्रतिशत का कैप लगा रखा है। आप जानते हो 50 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा रिजर्वेशन देश में दिया नहीं जा सकता। अब किसी को नहीं मालूम कि हिंदुस्तान में किस वर्ग की कितनी आबादी है। अगर मैं आपसे पूछूं, यहाँ पर पिछड़े वर्ग के लोग हैं, आदिवासी वर्ग हैं, दलित लोग हैं। अगर मैं आपसे पूछूं कि भईया, मुझे बताओ इस देश में पिछड़े वर्ग के कितने लोग हैं। यहाँ पर कोई जवाब नहीं दे सकता। दे सकता है, बताओ, कितने लोग हैं पिछड़े वर्ग के।

देखो, आंकड़ा नहीं किसी को मालूम। मैं आदिवासी का पूछूं, दलित का पूछूं, जनरल कास्ट का पूछूं, किसी को कुछ नहीं मालूम। अब आप मुझे बताइए, कहा जाता है कि देश में आठ प्रतिशत आदिवासी हैं, 15 प्रतिशत दलित हैं, 8 और 15 कितने हुआ-(उपस्थित जनसमूह ने कहा-23) 23। कहा जाता है 50 प्रतिशत ओबीसी वर्ग हैं, कितना हुआ - 73 हो गया। अब 73 प्रतिशत आबादी है, तो 50 प्रतिशत लिमिट क्यों है? बात समझ आई। आबादी 75 प्रतिशत की है और वो भी पक्का नहीं मालूम, हो सकता है 55 प्रतिशत निकल आए ओबीसी का, हो सकता है आदिवासी ज्यादा हो, ये किसी को नहीं मालूम। तो सबसे पहला काम, अगर हम सामाजिक न्याय की बात करते हैं, तो ये पता लगाना है, कौन से वर्ग के कितने लोग हैं और किसके पास कितना धन है। सही बात।
