New Delhi : On the completion of one successful year of the Delhi BJP government, Delhi BJP President Mr. Virendra Sachdeva and Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta, along with the area MP, have been visiting party workers every evening in each parliamentary constituency since 23 February to discuss the government’s achievements over the past year and its proposed upcoming programs. Continuing this series, on 24 February, Mr. Virendra Sachdeva and Mrs. Rekha Gupta today held a Pravas Program in the West Delhi parliamentary constituency and discussed development works carried out especially in the West Delhi Lok Sabha area. Area MP and State General Secretary Mrs. Kamaljeet Sehrawat and Stay Program Convener MP Mr. Yogendra Chandolia were also present.

Delhi Government Ministers Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Mr. Ashish Sood, and Dr. Pankaj Singh highlighted the work done by their respective departments over the past year and expressed gratitude to the people of Delhi.
MP and State General Secretary Mrs. Kamaljeet Sehrawat said that since the BJP formed the government in Delhi, they have continuously reached out to the public to resolve their issues. She thanked the people of Delhi and Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, stating that West Delhi Lok Sabha has received the greatest blessings. Nine MLAs have won in this constituency, three of whom are currently ministers in the Delhi government. She promised to fulfill all the aspirations the people of West Delhi have envisioned.
Delhi BJP President Mr. Virendra Sachdeva said that booth-level workers were invited to the program. Under the leadership of the Chief Minister, sincere efforts have been made over the past year to move Delhi forward. He said that their responsibility does not end until efforts are transformed into results. He alleged that earlier there was a “machine of lies” in Delhi that destroyed the work culture and led to corruption in government departments. The BJP government has worked over the past year to end that loot and is continuously working to build a better future.
He further said that unlike the previous government, which never presented a report card, the BJP government is presenting a report card along with a contact number so that citizens can register complaints if there are shortcomings. In one year, they have successfully streamlined all systems, and in the coming year, Delhi’s condition will change significantly. While the government is working honestly, the organization’s responsibility is to take information about MPs’ and MLAs’ work to every household.
Mrs. Rekha Gupta said that being Chief Minister is a responsibility, but she still considers herself an ordinary worker. She expressed her special connection with West Delhi, recalling her journey from Youth Morcha to State General Secretary and later as cluster in-charge in the last Lok Sabha elections. She said she had come to present a report of one year’s work, emphasizing that these achievements are not only the government’s but also the result of the hard work of party workers.
She added that the dream of Delhi’s development under the BJP government is becoming a reality due to the workers’ relentless efforts. The government is committed to fulfilling all promises made to the people, ensuring that their dignity remains intact.
She stated that the struggle of 27 years and today’s hard work should yield results that ensure the BJP’s symbol flourishes for the next 27 years. The government aims to accomplish so much in five years that no MLA would need to ask for votes again. Every promise made to the people of Delhi will be fulfilled.
She emphasized that the goal of a “Developed India” cannot be achieved without a “Developed Delhi,” and that the triple-engine government stands committed before the people. Delhiites will feel the development.
She announced that in today’s Cabinet meeting, a major decision was taken to construct roads on both sides of the Najafgarh drain at a cost of ₹453 crore. She assured that there would be no shortage of budget for developmental works. In this Lok Sabha constituency, 24 Arogya Mandirs and 11 Atal Canteens have been opened. In one year, no minister or MLA has faced any corruption allegations, reflecting the party’s tradition of accountability, citing Madan Lal Khurana as an example of integrity.
